The list of winners for the 10th Asia-Pacific Tea Awards (Green Tea Category) has been announced.

  On May 7, the sensory evaluation work for the 10th Asia-Pacific Tea Awards (Green Tea Category) was successfully completed in Jiangkou County, Tongren City, Guizhou Province.
  The judging panel consists of seven experts: Lu Chengyin, former Deputy Director of the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, a Second-Level Researcher, a Senior Chief Scientist, and Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee on the Tea Industry under the China Association for Promoting International Agricultural Cooperation; Tang Lan, Third Secretary (Tea Promotion Officer) at the Embassy of Sri Lanka in China and Deputy Director of the Sri Lankan Tea Board; Alexis Kay, Vice President of the European Specialty Tea Association and Founding Chairman of the Danish Tea Association; Marco Bettina, President of the Italian Tea and Herbal Tea Association and Executive Chairman of the International Slow Tea Alliance; Sharrin Johnston, President of the Australian Tea Association and Training Director of the World Tea Academy; Tu Youying, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the Department of Tea Science at Zhejiang University and President of the Zhejiang University Association for Tea Culture and Health Research; and Pu Rong, Vice President of the Guizhou Provincial Tea Association. The standards followed during the evaluation were those outlined in GB/T 23776-2018, "Methods for Sensory Evaluation of Tea." The panel conducted a comprehensive assessment of the 327 tea samples submitted for this competition, examining them from five aspects: appearance, liquor color, aroma, taste, and leaf bottom.
